I am a retired U.S. Army Infantry officer with over 25 years of commissioned service and have served in command and executive leadership positions at the direct-, operational-, and strategic-level, ranging in size from 38-1500-person elements in both conventional and special operations units (to include peacetime and combat environments).

Following my operational military assignments, I earned a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology from George Mason University in 2012 with emphasis on high performance teams and leadership in extreme conditions. Following this pursuit of higher education, I gained nearly 10 years of extensive experience as a professional educator, teaching ethics, strategy, and leadership at both the undergraduate (United States Military Academy) and graduate levels (The Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy - one of the premiere Senior Service War Colleges). My military experience, academic bona fides, and current position as a Senior Consultant, has honed me into an accomplished coach, educator, author, and trainer, with a proven ability to lead, train, and inspire teams for the complex challenges of the 21st century landscape. My passions remain heavily focused on facilitating strategic leadership discussions and workshops, Executive Coaching, leadership consulting, and public speaking endeavors.
